You don't need any equipment to train with Nova In-Home Personal Training . We offer a variety of training programs that can be done using only bodyweight exercises, or we can provide equipment if needed.
Training sessions are either 30, 45, or 60 minutes long, depending on your schedule, program type, and individual needs.
